Wrap Around Care

Before School Care runs during term time, Monday to Friday from 8am (£7) and includes lots of fun activities and sports games. To book a place please see the Booking Procedure below.

We also have a FREE running club that meets every Wednesday before school at 8am on the Tiger Turf.

After school care runs during term time each Monday –Thursday by our own school staff and can accommodate any other existing clubs that your child might be booked on to. Please note that currently  there will be no after school provision on a Friday.

Activities planned for this term are shown below;

SESSIONS

You have the option of booking for one hour a day (3:15 - 4:15 or 4:15 – 5:15) or for two hours (3:15 – 5:15). The cost of the after school care is £7 per hour. Please note that should you collect your child early, you will still be charged for the full session.

After school care will finish at 4:15pm or 5:15pm depending upon which sessions you have booked. We ask that all children are collected promptly please at the main reception front door.

If you would like your child to have a snack at the after school care, we ask that you provide this yourselves. We will offer the children fresh drinking water.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

To book your child’s place, you will need to log on to ParentPay. Here, you will need to select the days that you require the care and the hours that you need. In order for us to ensure there is the correct number of staff on site to supervise the children, we ask that you book your child’s place at least one week in advance.

We know that sometimes emergencies come up and you may unexpectedly need after school care with short notice. It may be that we could help in this situation too – you would need to contact the school office no later than midday on the day you need care to see if there is space for your child – we endeavour to be able to help whenever we can!
